    • Processing Times: In-stock items typically ship within 24-48 hours. Custom or made-to-order items may have extended processing times.

    • Free Shipping Eligibility: "Free Shipping" is applicable solely to orders within the continental United States.

Shipping Protocols for Receiving Shipments

When a delivery arrives from a shipping company, it's important to understand the responsibilities that come with being the receiver. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please follow these simple guidelines:

  1. Conduct a meticulous count of the cartons and cross-verify the quantity against the information provided on the receipt.
  2. Undertake a visual inspection of the physical state of the cartons, identifying any instances of damage. Document these discrepancies on the delivery receipt before acknowledging receipt.
  3. Given prevailing pandemic conditions, several freight companies have instituted "Contactless Delivery." If your delivery falls under this category, promptly inspect the contents for damage. Reach out directly to the freight company and notify us within the same day. Document the damages to the product and any other flaws on the box through photographs.
  4. In the event of substantial carton damage, the option to refuse the delivery is at your discretion. Clearly indicate "Refused Due to Damage" on the receipt and sign accordingly.

Take the necessary time to scrutinize the condition of the cartons before signing and accepting the delivery. It is imperative to note that neither the shipper nor the carrier can be held accountable if the appropriate notations are absent from the delivery receipt.
