Payment & Billing Policy

Our payment and billing policy at JSK Tuning is designed to ensure a smooth and secure transaction process. We accept major credit and debit cards and utilize Stripe for processing payments securely. Upon placing your order, your payment method will be preauthorized for the total amount, but we do not charge the card until the item is confirmed and ready to ship. It's crucial to provide accurate billing information to avoid any delays in processing your order. Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email notification. Should you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please reach out to us promptly. In the event of any billing disputes, our customer service team is here to assist you. Please note that applicable sales tax may be added based on your location. We reserve the right to update our policy, so be sure to check here for any changes. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our payment and billing process, don't hesitate to contact us. Also, please note that for security reasons, we only ship to the billing address provided during checkout, and we do not deliver to PO Box locations.

Cancellation Policy

At JSK Tuning, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel an order, please immediately call or email us to stop the item from leaving our warehouse. If the item has already been shipped, it may be possible to stop the shipment depending on the carrier's policies. Please note that shipping fees and restocking fees may apply.

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item

At JSK Tuning, we strive for excellence in every aspect of our service. However, in rare instances where products arrive damaged, defective, or inaccurately, we stand ready to rectify the situation promptly and professionally. If upon receipt of your order, you find any issues such as damage, defects, or incorrect items, please refrain from attempting installation or modification. Instead, kindly reach out to our dedicated customer service team who will guide you through the resolution process with care and attention to detail.

Should an exchange or replacement be necessary, our team will work closely with you to ensure a smooth transaction. We may request visual documentation like photos or videos to better understand the issue and expedite the resolution process.

If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label for the return of the defective product. Once received, we will thoroughly inspect the item and, upon confirmation of the issue, proceed with the exchange or replacement.

It's important to note that products must be returned within 30 days of delivery, and any damage caused during shipping will be promptly addressed through coordination with the shipping courier.

Please understand that this process is distinct from warranty claims, which are managed directly by manufacturers. Details on warranty procedures can be found here. We, at JSK Tuning, are committed to facilitating seamless experiences for our customers in all matters, including warranty claims.

Risk of Loss While Shipping

When you make a purchase with JSK Tuning, the risk of loss for your items depends on your chosen shipping method:

  1. If you select standard or free shipping, the risk of loss transfers to you when the goods are transferred to the shipping carrier. JSK Tuning is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur during transit or delivery.
  2. If you opt in for insurance (at additional cost), JSK Tuning assumes the risk of loss until the goods reach your specified address. We take responsibility for any loss or damage during transit or delivery. In case of issues, report them promptly through our online return form.

When choosing your shipping option, please consider the following criteria:

  • Lost packages are those marked as stuck in transit or not scanned by the shipping carrier for 7 or more days. Report a delivery failure for a lost package within 7 to 30 days from the last package scan.
  • Damaged items sustain visible harm during shipping. Report a damaged package immediately upon delivery and no later than 15 days from the delivery date.
  • Stolen packages are confirmed as delivered but go missing. Report a stolen package immediately upon delivery and no later than 15 days from the delivery date. File a police report for missing packages over $100 USD in value.

Approved cases of delivery failure may result in refunds, store credit, or replacements, at JSK Tuning’s discretion. Open box or buyback products may be excluded from certain provisions. The cost of guaranteed delivery is non-refundable if any products have been delivered or if a delivery failure has been reported.

We stand behind the quality of our items and offer a limited 30-day comprehensive warranty from the date of purchase.

Given the nature of aftermarket items, it is essential to note that they do not come with instructions. We strongly recommend professional installation, with the buyer assuming all risks associated with installation and usage. No exchanges will be issued for products that have been damaged, used, or modified. For assistance, we provide general installation guides and FAQs on our blog. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover both-way shipping and any associated fees. We guarantee that any issues are resolvable and encourage you to discuss them with us before leaving negative feedback.

Some products may require custom modifications, and prep work for an exact fit. JSK Tuning is not liable for expenses imposed by customizing or collision repair shops.
