Return Request Instructions:

- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the provided return address. For damaged or defective items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
For Damaged/Defective Items:
- If returning due to damage or defect, be ready to submit pictures.

Refund Policy:
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
- Restocking Fees: A 25% restocking fee may apply to returns that do not meet eligibility criteria (e.g., returned after 30 days, damaged by the customer).
