Return Request

Before submitting a return request, please review our Shipping and Returns Policy.

Return Request Instructions:

  1. Order Number: Provide the order number associated with your purchase.
  2. Contact Information: Include your phone number and email address.
  3. Reason for Return: Clearly state the reason for the return in the comment box below (e.g., wrong item, damaged, doesn't fit).
  4. Obtain RMA Number: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include this number with your return. 
  5. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the provided return address. For damaged or defective items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

For Damaged/Defective Items:

  • If returning due to damage or defect, be ready to submit pictures.
  • Further instructions will be provided via email.

Refund Policy:

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
  • Restocking Fees: A 25% restocking fee may apply to returns that do not meet eligibility criteria (e.g., returned after 30 days, damaged by the customer).
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
